Quattro Fitness offers two training floors, shower and bathroom facilities, viewing mezzanine and a chill out zone. The upper level is a functional fitness gym offering a fully equipped cardio area, air conditioning and lifting platforms. The lower level is a fully equipped machine and free weight area with 5am - 10pm swipe access.
