Come and train anytime between the hours of 5:00am and 10:00pm. You'll receive swipe access allowing you complete access to our facility. We have over 20 strength training machines, multiple power racks, a huge range of functional fitness gear and loads of cardio equipment.
40 & 60 MINUTE
FITNESS CLASSES
Our functional fitness team training sessions are broken up into two parts; our 40 minute "Base Workout" and our 15 minute "Peak Session". If you're strapped for time, come and train hard for 40 minutes, burn fat and build lean muscle. If time permits then stay on and develop some extra fitness.
The focus of these sessions is building up your cardiovascular endurance and athleticism. We believe that anyone can make you tired, but not everyone can make you better. In other words, we don’t break you down, we build you up and get you results!

STRENGTH CLASSES
Our Small Group Strength Classes are broken up into two parts; our 40 minute "Base Workout" and our 15 minute "Peak Session". If you're strapped for time, come and train hard for 40 minutes and build strength, power and lean muscle. If time permits then stay on and develop some extra horse power. The groups have between 6-14 people with coaches making structured and adaptable monthly programs (we can adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out.
